Where are you located?
We are based out of Augusta, GA. Local pick up is available.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $125 to the continental US

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
Yes for additional cost.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes. Restrictions apply for some items.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No.

When will my order ship?
We try to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours from when the order is placed. Please note that most orders are made to order.

Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. Please email us at ecommerce@eagleproducts.us or give us a call at 706-790-6687 and we can let you know of any bulk discounts.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. However, you are responsible for return shipping. If you received a damaged or defective product, please provide us photos at ecommerce@eagleproducts.us.

Do you sell batteries?
No.
